Can I pay with a debit card?

Yes, choose SmartCover™ or TotalCover and pay the rental fee with any major debit card.

Do you accept cash?

Yes at pickup; bring passport ID.

How old do I have to be?

21+. Drivers 21-24 must take SmartCover Young Driver or TotalCover.

Is a credit card ever required?

Only for luxury SUVs valued above €30 000.

Pickup & Return

Where is the airport meeting point?

Inside Arrivals; our agent holds a green sign with your name.

How fast is pickup?

Average hand-over is 10 minutes (filmed proof).

Can I return the car before 06:00?

Yes, use key-drop at car-park exit – instructions in your Digital Glovebox.

One-way return in another city?

Yes; request a custom quote.

Insurance & Deposits

What is CDW?

Collision Damage Waiver covers damage but leaves €1 500 excess.

How does SmartCover™ work?

Waives the €1 500 excess to €0 for €6-€9 / day (or €12 Young Driver).

What’s TotalCover?

SmartCover™ benefits plus lost-key, towing, PAI, second driver & seat / Wi-Fi for €20-€25 / day.

Do I still need a deposit with SmartCover™?

No – deposit becomes €0.

Green Card included?

Yes – digital version in your Glovebox email.

Extra cost for multi-country?

Free for HR & ME; €15 for more than two countries (TotalCover includes this).

Can I drive to EU with a debit-only rental?

Long-Term & One-Way

Quoted individually; starts €40 logistics fee.

Can I combine long-term and one-way?

Post-Rental

Fuel policy?

Full-to-full; missing fuel refilled + €15 service fee.

How are fines handled?

Up to €250 post-rental charge on debit authorisation.

Cleaning fee?

Only if interior requires deep clean: €30.

When is the debit authorisation released?

Unused balance auto-voids after 14 days.
